You may return unworn items in new condition within 14 days of delivery for a refund, or within 30 days for Ecommerce credit. Please visit our Returns Policy page, enter your email and order number to initiate the process.
We do not provide free return shipping labels. You may ship returns via any major carrier or post office; return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
We strive to process your order within 1–4 business days. Orders placed after 4 pm will be processed the next business day (for orders placed on Friday after 4 pm, this means Monday). During peak seasons or due to unforeseen internal delays, processing may take a bit longer.
Yes, Bagabaga ships internationally via DHL Express (or other premium courier as appropriate). Transit time is typically 3–5 business days.
