We're committed to ensuring you're happy with your purchase. If your shoes aren't the perfect fit or if there's an issue with your order, requesting a return or exchange is easy.
How it works:
Submit a Request: Write to us at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order.
Prepare Your Items: Pack the shoes in their original packaging, including any accessories, tags, and proof of purchase.
Ship It Back: We'll send you a prepaid return label. Simply drop off your package at any of our partnered shipping locations.
Once we receive your returned items, we'll process your request and keep you updated every step of the way. If you're opting for an exchange, we'll ship out your new pair as soon as possible.
